Cancellations can only occur if the made to order product has not already been made. If your order has not been made and/or contains ready made products, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.  If your order has been dispatched we do not accept cancellations.  If you wish to cancel your order, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible via email.

If products are damaged in transit, you will need to contact CJ Creations via email cheryl@cjcreations.com.au and include detailed photos showing the damage including the packaging. The email will need to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We reserve the right to request more detailed photos, or request the return of the damaged product at CJ Creations expense.  Once we at CJ Creations and you have discussed the damaged goods and agreed on the damage – we will resend the exact same product to you.

We strive to provide you with a perfect product every time. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can work through any issues you may have.

​Products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us. Products must be returned to us, and once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if deemed the product is faulty.

WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitled to return a product if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee – for example, if you:

• -changed your mind after products are despatched, and/or think the product should be better than the current model -the product is as it currently is. The product may be upgraded, improved or refined at a future date.
• -ordered the wrong product (Please note: deliberately damaging a product to seek a replacement of a different product will not constitute a return.  We only exchange/return the exact same type of product).
• -found the product cheaper elsewhere, or didn’t like the product.
• -damaged the product by misusing it – for example, you did not follow the candle burning instructions.
